San José State University (SJSU) seeks a strategic, collaborative, agile, innovative, human resources leader to be the inaugural Vice President for People and Culture. Reporting directly to the President and serving on the President’s cabinet, the Vice President leads institutional workforce strategy, personnel governance, labor relations, and employment compliance while advancing a modern, people-centered culture across the University.
